The Dubai Millennium Amphitheatre is a performance space hosting cultural performances and live music for seated crowds, located in Al Forsan Park. The venue’s design features a model of two Ghaf trees that intertwine above the centre of the stage.

At the lively Colombia Pavilion, you’ll see — and most importantly, hear — how this infectious rhythm connects the nation to a thriving future of culture, innovation and urban growth.

The pavilion’s airy, free-ranging design represents Colombia itself, open and unbounded. In and around its four light-filled floors, an abundance of rhythmic attractions awaits: interactive instruments that let you play along with the music, a giant digital jukebox, holographic light shows and more.

The Colombia pavilion’s airy, playful design looks more like a three-dimensional checkerboard than a traditional building. The structure trades typical walls for a rectangular grid of colossal white metal beams and transparent panels and floors, which meet at varying levels to create a four-story tower of platforms, open air plazas, and spacious rooms that peek out in unexpected directions.

Dancers of Damelahamid are an Indigenous performing arts company with strong cultural traditions from their Gitxsan and Cree cultural background. These masked dancers have produced several theatre-based productions, combining dramatic dance, captivating narrative, intricately carved masks and elaborate regalia. A performance not to be missed!

From its people to its sweeping terrain, Canada is a nation of astounding diversity. With its circular design based on the drum, an instrument found across all the world’s cultures, the Canada Pavilion at Expo 2020 celebrates the unity of its diverse inhabitants, as well as their bright shared future.

From outside, the pavilion impresses with its encircling wooden lattice, which evokes Canada’s natural landscapes while paying homage to the geometry of Islamic mashrabiya screens. But the wonder truly begins within, as an immersive theatre experience takes you on a stirring tour of Canada’s land, peoples and technological innovations.

The Canada Pavilion evokes the shape of a drum for its commanding, elegant Expo pavilion. Hundreds of pieces of Canadian lumber form a round lattice of diamond-like shapes that pays homage to the captivating geometry of Arabic mashrabiya screens. The massive disc seems to hover weightless over the pavilion’s central core, which is also decorated with wood.

In celebration of Yemen's National Day at Expo 2020 Dubai, enjoy this scintillating performance of Yemeni music and dance at Dubai Millennium Amphitheatre. The night will feature multiple performers including singer Hussain Moheb, one of Yemen’s biggest selling artists, in addition to multiple musicians and traditional Yemeni folkloric dancers.
