Expo 2020 Dubai: Muaythai Night
Under the auspices of the World Muaythai Council (WMC), The International Federation of Muaythai Associations (IFMA), and The UAE Muaythai and Kickboxing Federation, the first of its kind "Expo 2020 Muaythai Night" takes place at Expo Sports Arena. This epic event is host to several championship titles and WMC tournaments. The night starts off with "The Super 4 Tournament", where eight players compete but only two winners earn their spots at the upcoming World Game in Birmingham USA 2022. The "3 Round Fight" features Muhammad Amzar (Malaysia) and Ibrahim Bilal (UAE), whereas the "WMC Intercontinental" title witnesses a throw down between Valentin Thibaut (France) and Bobirjon Tagaev (Uzbekistan). The far anticipated event of the night is the "WMC World Championship", in which four men and four women champions from different parts of the world combat for a chance to participate in the Royal World Cup - the biggest sporting event in Thailand. The main fight in this category features Ilyass Habibali (UAE) versus Aaron Ortiz (USA).
