Bernadine is the Head of Talent Development at the Department of Education and Knowledge with over 20 years of global experience in the full spectrum of talent management including leadership development. As a member of the Future Talent Council's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Think Tank, Bernadine continues to contribute to the global discussion on organizational culture and belonging. Bernadine serves as a Mentor and Coach for a number of senior executives. Her primary focus has been on empowering UAE National Women and increasing their leadership brand through the power of story telling.
